The 12 Values Defined:
Honesty - the quality of being sincere,
frank, honest, uprightness and fair. The quality or condition
of being honest; integrity.
Reverence - a feeling or attitude of
deep respect tinged with awe; veneration. A feeling of profound
awe and respect, and often love.
Hope - the feeling that what is wanted
can be had or that events will turn out for the best. To wish
for something with expectation of its fulfillment. To look
forward to with confidence or expectation.
Thrift - economical management; economy;
frugality. Wise economy in the management of money and other
resources; frugality.
Humility - the quality or condition
of being humble; modest opinion or estimate of one's own importance
or rank. Freedom from pride and arrogance; lowliness of mind;
a modest estimate of one's own worth.
Charity - generous actions or donations
to aid the poor, ill, or helpless: to devote one's life to
charity. Benevolent feelings towards those in need. Provision
of help or relief to the poor.
Sincerity - freedom from deceit, hypocrisy,
or duplicity. The quality or condition of being sincere; genuineness,
honesty.
Moderation - the quality of being moderate;
restraint; avoidance of extremes or excesses; temperance.
Being within reasonable limits; not excessive or extreme.
Hard Work - exertion or effort directed
to produce or accomplish something; labor; toil. Something
on which extreme exertion or labor is expended; a difficult
task or undertaking.
Courage - the quality of mind or spirit
that enables a person to face difficulty, danger, pain, etc.,
without fear; bravery. That quality of mind which enables
one to encounter danger and difficulties with firmness, or
without fear, or fainting of heart; valor.
Personal Responsibility - the state
or fact of being responsible. The state of being responsible,
accountable, or answerable, as for a trust, debt or obligation.
Gratitude - the quality or feeling
of being grateful or thankful. The state of being grateful;
thankfulness.
